How long does it take to become a Reiki Master?
Between first-degree and second-degree Reiki classes – some Reiki masters require a minimum of one year. Before becoming a Reiki Master, students should practice for an additional one to two years. Traditional Reiki Masters sometimes demand pupils have considerably more experience.
Do Reiki practitioners need insurance?
Yes, all professional Reiki instructors and studio owners should consider getting Reiki insurance to protect themselves from litigation.
Is Reiki dangerous?
There are no known significant risks associated with Reiki. It has no negative effects and no side effects. Reiki practice is only dangerous if the practitioner isn’t properly trained.
What happens during a Reiki session?
You lie on a massage table fully clothed for up to an hour. Most Reiki rooms play soft music to create a peaceful atmosphere. During the session, you become so relax that you might fall asleep. During the treatment, you might feel warmth, tingling, you might feel energy being unblocked. When you are done with the session, you feel very relaxed, and very light.
How can Reiki help me physically?
If you suffer from chronic pain, Reiki can help. Before and after surgery for quick recovery, it also helps to bring inflammation down. Reiki can be used for anything that needs to be healed.
What happens during a remote session?
A remote healing session is where I perform a healing session when you are not physically here, and it is just as powerful as an in-person session. Since energy knows no time and space, it can be sent to anyone anywhere in the world, and at anytime.
